Elo On-Site ExchangeElo On-Site Exchange – We Have Your Back.
Retailers, restaurants and business operators do not have the time or resources to deal with technology outages or finding the right person to call when an issue arises. As part of the three-year standard warranty for large format IDS, Elo offers complimentary On-Site Exchange to cover you in the unfortunate event your device has a hardware issue. All you do is submit an RMA through Elo’s online portal. If the issue can’t be resolved over the phone, Elo will send a replacement unit and dispatch a technician to replace the device on-site within three business days. Additionally, Elo offers rapid response times for Large Format IDS at an additional cost.
