We have been around since 1988 where the first sod for the Delfi journey was cut. It all began in Denmark, starting out with a primary focus on barcode and data capture solutions. Designing and developing software solutions has always been a central part of the Delfi DNA.
Today, over 30 years later, the product range has expanded and Delfi is a global solution provider, specialised in software solutions within electronic shelf labels (ESL), handheld terminals, POS- and print solutions. Our solutions are available worldwide with offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Italy and Vietnam.

With the physical stores, we want to create a local presence, but at the same time it is important that the customer experience is linked to our online store – this is where Delfi Technologies helps us.
It is all about maximum efficiency, so we can deliver packages on time. Our online scanner solution is integrated directly with our own system, where we can scale up relatively simply if a new country comes up.
With the handheld terminals, employees can handle all work processes on the go as well as register goods correctly and deliver the right goods to the right customers.
At NEYE, we have a philosophy that employees must be customer-oriented. Therefore, it is an advantage if you can use IT and technology that supports that strategy – among other things by making employees’ work more mobile.
It is all about being able to use our resources as efficiently as possible. This can be done by using a mobile solution with handheld terminals. Through a close collaboration with Delfi Technologies, we have found the optimal solution with one tool.
As a supermarket, we will have to embrace new technology in the fight against food waste. The new tool creates greater visibility and enables proactive reduction of food waste through an app.
The new scanners are part of our strategy to become even more efficient. When we can optimize processes, we can save time and eventually we can deliver packages faster to our customers. In this way, we can create greater efficiency for everybody.
Barcodes are the key in all. The entire solution helps to tie logistics together and ensure product traceability. In this way, we can also create a high level of food safety.
We are very digital in many of our processes because we need to be as effective as possible. Therefore, it was also natural to implement a digital barcode solution for documentation of package deliveries.
